All our bags are custom made for you when you place an order. Because our bags are made specifically for you, payment in full is required when you place your order. Custom ordered merchandise is not returnable and only cancelable if we are notified before we start production. .

Delivery times: Since our product is hand crafted after you place your order, production and shipping times may vary depending on how many orders have been received prior to yours. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. On confirmation of order, you will be given an estimated date of delivery.

IMPORTANT: If your custom order is to be given as a gift, please specify in your request the date you need to receive the piece. Because all laptop bags are handmade we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all gift dates, but you will be notified if we cannot complete the order in time.

Please factor in a minimum of three weeks for production and shipping on all orders.
